About Me
40 Years of Experience Across 3 Continents
My working life began in the family construction-materials business and continued as a founding partner of Repimeks Park Sistemleri, a contributor to the establishment of İSPARK, a licensed real estate advisor with Century 21 in New York, and US country manager for Goldaş Jewelry. I served as General Manager of Ustaoğlu Madencilik from 2010 to 2016, and as President of both TABA/AmCham and AGÜB from 2014 to 2016; today I sit on the TABA/AmCham High Advisory Board.
I built the consulting side out of those 40 years rather than out of theory: behind every programme I deliver there is a team I ran myself, a sale I closed or a negotiation I led.

Yes. I do not offer an off-the-shelf catalogue; every programme is rebuilt around your sector, team structure and objectives.
Where do you work?
In person across Türkiye, Europe, Asia and the Americas, and online on request. I also deliver programmes in English.
