An executive role within a holding company delivering construction, project development and procurement solutions across Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Americas.
This role is the current source of the advice I give on international project development and market-entry strategy.

I sit on the High Advisory Board of the Turkish-American Business Association, which I led as president from 2014 to 2016.
I also continue to moderate panels at the association's events.

I ran aggregates and construction-materials production at our family company of more than 50 years — the field where my career began and where my roots are.
Running a manufacturing company end to end — budgets, shifts, supply and people — is the foundation of the leadership programmes I teach.

I joined the Turkish-American Business Association in 1996; after serving as general secretary and board member, I was elected president unanimously in 2014 and served for two years.
I still moderate panels at the association's events — most recently in May 2025 on "Turkish-American Relations: Brand Strategy, Economic Trends and Financial Cooperation".

What These Roles Bring to My Consulting
Many people who deliver corporate training have never sat in an executive chair. I ran a manufacturing company end to end for six years, and today I work on project development within an international holding company.
The practical result: no problem raised in the training room is theoretical to me. A difficult personnel conversation, a stalled negotiation, a decision that has to be made in a shrinking market — these are all decisions I have made myself.
