2. What Personal Data We Process

We process only the data you submit to us and the technical data generated during your visit:

  • Contact form: full name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, type of enquiry and the content of your message.
  • Appointment booking: full name, e-mail address and the time slot you select; where the meeting is held online, the meeting link.
  • Technical data: usage statistics such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time spent on the site.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, belief or biometric data). As no payments are taken on the site, no credit card or bank details are processed.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds

  • Responding to your enquiries, preparing training/consulting proposals and scheduling meetings — necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website — legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
  • Measuring site usage and improving content — based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), only if you accept cookies.

Your data is not added to marketing lists and is never sold to third parties.

4. Data Transfers and Service Providers

Your data is processed on the infrastructure of the following providers so that the service can be delivered. These providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye:

  • Odoo S.A. — hosting of the website and customer records.
  • Google LLC — site usage statistics (Google Analytics) and online meetings (Google Meet).

Apart from this, your personal data may only be shared with competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

5. Cookies

Two types of cookies are used on this site. Essential cookies are required to maintain your session and for security, and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) help us understand visitor numbers and which pages attract interest; these are only activated if you give your consent.

You can change your cookie preferences or delete existing cookies at any time via your browser settings.

6. Retention Period

Contact and appointment records are retained after your enquiry is concluded for the limitation periods relating to the business relationship and potential legal claims; at the end of this period they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred; request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to any adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
